Da Vinci Tree Academy is a public school that provides a free and appropriate public education (commonly referred to as “FAPE”) to students with disabilities who are currently eligible, or are determined eligible, to receive special education services and related services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Da Vinci Tree Academy complies with all aspects of federal and state civil rights and disability laws and is committed to ensuring that all students who are eligible for special education and related services who attend Da Vinci Tree receives these services. Da Vinci Tree ensures that each child suspected of having a disability and in need of special education and related services will be timely located, identified, and evaluated pursuant to the IDEA.
Da Vinci Tree’s Special Education staff include both in-house staff and part-time contracted staff. In-house staff is constantly on campus during school hours while contracted staff is at Da Vinci Tree as needed.
