Social Studies:
Today our learning objective will focus and center on Civil Rights. We will review some of the key concepts of Civil Rights. We will also discuss and review the ideas and principles this country was founded on and the key players and movements that have made America what it is today.
Then we will head on over to EPIC. We will read about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and touch upon the immigrant experience.
