Close Reading Strategies & Multiplication and Division in Word Problems

Vocabulary

Map out the final words on your vocabulary list-- equator and hemisphere.  

Then you will have a chance to utilize each of your vocabulary words by matching them to the correct definition on today’s worksheet.  

Make sure to download your worksheet.  A word bank is provided.  Use each vocabulary word one time each.

Reading:

Head on over to EPIC with me and we will read Esquivel together.

Today we will be practicing division and multiplication in word problems.  

Follow the links on over to Khan and practice your skills.  There will be a practice activity and there is also a follow up worksheet to download from K5 Learning.
